为向中国香港/澳门签证申请人提供舒适的办证环境和优质服务，自2019年5月1日起，持普通护照的外国公民申请中国香港/澳门普通签证，需到中国签证申请服务中心递交申请，中国驻伊斯坦布尔总领馆不再直接受理上述签证申请。具体安排如下：

二、办证时间及费用
（一）工作时间：周一至周五（节假日除外）
（二）受理时间：09:00-15:00
（三）收费和取证时间: 09:00-12:00，13:00-16:00
（四）费用收取：中国签证申请服务中心除代我馆收取签证规费、急件费和联络费外，将另行收取一定数额的服务费，具体收费标准请径询签证中心或参考其网站。
（五）审理时限：普通件，通常在使领馆正式受理后第7个工作日可取证。加急服务须经领事官员批准，并将加收费用。基于个案情况不同，部分申请需转递香港特区政府或澳门特区政府审批，故审理时间不确定。
三、特别提示
（一） 能否颁发签证由总领馆决定，中国签证申请服务中心不参与审批程序。
（二） 持用外交、公务（官员）护照者，其他拟申请外交、公务、礼遇签证人员，以及中国公民申请赴港进入许可，仍需向总领馆递交申请（地址：Ahi Çelebi Cad. Çoban Çeşme Sok. No:4, Tarabya, Sarıyer, İstanbul； 办公时间： 每周一、三、五上午9:30-12:30，节假日除外）。
（三）中国香港/澳门签证申请人无需在线填表、在线预约和采集指纹。
（四）申请人可通过中国签证服务中心向总领馆申请中国香港/澳门签证，亦可自行向香港特区政府入境事务处或澳门特区政府治安警察局出入境事务厅申请。
（五）关于免办港澳签证的情形请查阅香港特区政府入境事务处官方网站或澳门特区政府治安警察局出入境事务厅官方网站。

In order to provide better visa application services, as of 1 May 2019, applicants who hold ordinary passports and apply for ordinary visas for Hong Kong/Macau SAR are required to submit their applications at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center. The Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Istanbul will no longer accept such visa applications. The detailed arrangements are as follows:

2. Processing time and Payment
(1) Working days: Monday to Friday (exc. Holidays)
(2) Application submission: 09:00-15:00
(3) Payment and Collection Time: 09:00-12:00，13:00-16:00
(4) Fee: The Chinese Visa Application Service Center will charge visa fees, express service fees and liaison fees on behalf of the Consulate-General. Extra service fees will also be charged. For more information, please ask the Chinese Visa Application Service Center or visit its official websites.
(5) Processing Time: Visa collection can be as early as 7 working days after the submission for standard visa applications. Express service need to be approved by Consular Officer, and extra fees will be charged. Due to different cases, some applications need to be forwarded to Hong Kong Immigration Department or Macau Public Security Police Force, therefore the processing time is uncertain.
3. Additional notes
(1) The Chinese Visa Application Service Center is only responsible for the handling of the application submissions. The Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Istanbul is in charge of the process of decision-making and visa issuing.
(2) Diplomatic, service or official passports holders and applicants who are applying for diplomatic, service or courtesy visas for Hong Kong/Macau SAR, as well as the Chinese passport holders who apply for Hong Kong Entry Permits shall submit applications directly to the Consulate-General as before.
(3) Applicants who apply for visas for Hong Kong/Macau SAR, are not required to fill the online application forms, pre-book appointment time slots or have their biometrics information collected.
(4) Applicants can either choose to submit applications via Chinese Visa Application Service Center, or to Hong Kong Immigration Department or Macau Public Security Police Force directly.
